To map the experiences and needs of houseboat residents along the Stadhouderskade in Amsterdam, focusing on their perspectives regarding the sustainable energy transition for houseboats and local green initiatives led by the Green Mile, through participatory and creative methods.

Solution

A collaborative creative research process to conduct a needs analysis that maps and deepens the understanding of residents' perspectives. This analysis is then translated into a publication that captures the livelihood of the area for houseboats and their experiences, with the aim of giving back to the community and encouraging further social and personal actions related to sustainability and energy efficiency.
